[Population-census] Fwd: Crosswalks Between 1990 and 2000 Census Occupation Codes

The Census Bureau has released a file to facilitate comparisons
involving the old occupation codes used in the 1990 Census and the new
occupation codes used in the 2000 Census (including the newly released
EEO file).

More information on this "crosswalk" file is attached.
