The Census Bureau has released 116 additional tables of Census 2000 data
on the social and economic characteristics of people age 60 and over.
These tables are similar in structure and scope to the tables already
available from Summary File 3, but they pertain to people age 60+ rather
than the entire population.
The new tabulations are available in spreadsheet format at:
http://www.aoa.gov/prof/Statistics/Tab/specialtab.htm
Data are included for states, counties, places with over 2,500
population, census tracts, and the Planning and Service Areas used by
the Administration on Aging.
