[Population-census] Corrected Census Counts Published for Census
Tracts and Blocks

After the 2000 Census, a "Count Question Resolution Program" was
implemented to correct geographic errors and processing errors in census
counts. The final corrections were made last year, but corrected counts
were originally published only for units of government.
Corrected counts are now available for census tracts and blocks at:
http://www.census.gov/prod/cen2000/notes/blks-26.xls
Corrected counts for counties, cities, townships, and villages are
still available at:
http://www.census.gov/prod/cen2000/notes/cqr-mi.pdf
