Greetings, MAA!

 

I am the new liaison to MAA for the Academy of Certified Archivists.  If
any of you are interested in becoming a CA, I am very active in the
organization and knowledgeable about the certification process and would
happy to answer your questions or concerns - feel free to call or email.

 

In the meantime, here are some important upcoming dates:

 

May 15, 2007: Deadline to apply for the 2007 archival certification
examination and pick-your-site locations

June 1, 2007: Deadline to submit certification maintenance

August 29, 2007: The 2007 examination will be held in Chicago, Denver,
Los Angeles,

Baton Rouge (LA), and Worcester (MA), and "Pick Your Site" locations
around the world.

Do we have an SAA student chapter in Michigan?  If so, does anyone have
