Please volunteer to help the Michigan Oral History Database by filling out a
2 minute questionnaire. 

 

 

About the 2 minute questionnaire

 

Who:                                 Open to all oral history repositories
in Michigan. 

 

Survey dates:           April 10 - April 30 

 

Why:                                 Collect general data about oral history
collections in 

Michigan to support the creation of a non-profit database.

 

How:                                  1. Fill out and submit the Online

(Answer the questions and click submit).

 

2. Download <http://www.beyondarchives.com/documents/MOHD_Quest_Apr_07.doc>
the questionnaire. Print out and mail 

the hard copy to the address provided.

 

3. Download <http://www.beyondarchives.com/documents/MOHD_Quest_Apr_07.doc>
the questionnaire. Email the completed 

digital copy to rlf at beyondarchives.com.
